Redcliffe Library Upgrade Phase 1

Baseline was engaged to carry out Phase 1 of the Redcliffe Library Upgrade project for Moreton Bay Regional Council. The project comprises three stages of internal refurbishment works, upgrading the pavilion and foyer, meeting rooms, and reader’s deck. A new Changing Places certified adult change facility will also be delivered as part of the works.

The Redcliffe Library has remained open throughout the project, requiring careful management of staging, public interface, and health and safety risks. Baseline worked closely with stakeholders to ensure operations and public access were maintained across all stages.
