Dakabin State High School GLA & Amenities

Baseline was engaged by Lambert and Rehbein on behalf of the Department of Education QLD to deliver GLA and amenity upgrades at Dakabin SHS. GLA works included finishes upgrades, installation of acoustic walls and external door replacement to 38 classrooms and staff areas across four buildings. Amenities works involved reconfiguration of an existing toilet block to provide new male and female student amenities and showers, staff amenities and storage areas. 

Baseline worked closely with School stakeholders to coordinate the works around ongoing School activities. The most noisy and disruptive works were undertaken in holiday periods and detailed programs were developed with the School for the delivery of in-term works.
